meet MIDAS. expert Product Management (PM) agents across In Teams, Slack and WhatsApp without building any of the aI infrastructure.

Partner Profile

MIDAS is a project management SaaS that deploys a pre-built suite of AI Agents, collectively called MIDAS, across ClickUp, Monday.com, and Float.

Their end users do not build or configure anything.

They open Slack, Teams, or WhatsApp and get expert PM agents that already know their projects, priorities, and context.

All of the AI infrastructure is built on Maybe*.

“Maybe allowed us to bridge that gap. For a person, there are only so many hours in a day where they’re able to work. Maybe allowed us to take that initial idea of providing project managers and build an AI version of it. But 10X it.”

Digs, Co-founder and CEO, MIDA

Key Challenges Before Maybe*

MIDA started as a template provider and outsourced project management service, placing human project managers inside client businesses. The model worked, but it had a ceiling. Training took time, consistency was hard to maintain, and scaling meant hiring more people. Without a platform layer, the next step, a true AI project manager, would have required hand-crafting every agent, integration, and surface from scratch. That is why they created MIDAS.

Cross-platform data fragmentation

ClickUp, Monday.com, and Float each hold different slices of the same project reality. Answering a single status query requires manual lookups across three platforms with no unified view.

Every conversation starts blind

Without persistent memory, each new Slack thread or Teams conversation has no knowledge of what was discussed before. Users must reintroduce the project context every time, even when nothing has changed

Custom Slack app is an infrastructure project

Building a branded, multi-workspace Slack app, including OAuth flows, event routing, and workspace management, is months of engineering work with no connection to MIDA’s actual product value.

No continuity across surfaces

A project decision made in Teams is invisible when the same user switches to WhatsApp. Every surface starts fresh. Users get a different, context-free experience depending on which app they open.

Agent building is all custom

Without a shared foundation, every MIDAS agent requires hand-built prompts, tool connections, model configuration, versioning, and QA. There is no platform to manage the lifecycle.

“We didn’t want to continuously add more and more tools. That defeats the point of what we try to do at MIDA. Being able to use Slack as the day-to-day tool, but also connect to all the other tools and have the benefits of all of them connected in one place, that was one of the biggest and most exciting things we had with MIDAS.”

Rory McCallum, Co-founder and COO, MIDA

The Solution Delivered Via Maybe*

MIDA deploys their full MIDAS agent catalogue at the partner level using Agent Builder 2.0. The Maybe* platform provisions the MIDAS Slack app. MIDA builds no Slack infrastructure. All three surfaces write to the same user and account memory, so a query on Slack has the full context of every previous Teams or WhatsApp conversation.

Agent Builder 2.0 - Pre-built MIDAS agent catalogue

MIDA creates and manages its entire PM agent set at the partner level. Users interact with expert agents configured for ClickUp, Monday.com, and Float. No setup, no selection, no configuration required.

Custom partner Slack app - Maybe*-provided MIDAS Slack app

The MIDAS Slack app is provisioned and maintained by the Maybe* platform. MIDA gets a fully branded, multi-workspace-aware Slack surface with zero infrastructure to build or host.

Shared account memory - Unified cross-platform memory

Account memory holds a coherent, accumulated view of project state, decisions, and context across all three PM platforms. A single MIDAS agent answers cross-platform queries from one unified store.

Cross-surface memory - Continuity across Slack, Teams, and WhatsApp

All three surfaces write to the same user memory. A project discussion started on WhatsApp picks up exactly where a Teams conversation left off, regardless of which surface the user returns to.

Agent lifecycle management - Platform-managed agent operations

Versioning, rollback, QA history, and improvement cycles are all managed in Agent Builder. No custom agent infrastructure to build or maintain. MIDA’s engineers focus on product, not plumbing.

“Without working with Maybe*, that product wouldn’t exist. It’s shifted our perspective from being a company that just sells templates to offering a transformational product for businesses. It’s night and day. They’re incomparable.”

Digs, Co-founder and CEO, MIDA

MIDAS users get expert PM agents across three surfaces. MIDA builds none of the infrastructure, not the agents, not the Slack app, not the memory layer.

“By eliminating the obligation for people to just work, work, work and burn themselves out, you create an environment where everyone is happier. People do their best work when they don’t feel like the world’s on their shoulders. AI creates time. And time is more valuable than the quick buck. Without working with Maybe*,
MIDAS wouldn’t exist.”
