Maybe* is committed to protecting your privacy and ensuring that your personal data is secure, handled lawfully, and used transparently. We are a Data Controller for the purposes of data protection law.

We do not intentionally collect special category data (e.g., health, ethnicity) unless you explicitly provide it. Payment card details stay with the payment processor.

  • Never train, improve, or inform generalised AI or machine learning models.

  • Do not make fully automated decisions that have legal or significant effects on you.

The AI tools on Maybe* don’t make binding or serious decisions about you — they just assist you, and you remain in control. If you ever wish to contest an AI-generated outcome or request a human review, please contact us.

6. Google Workspace Data

If you link your Google account:

  • We access only the minimum information required.

  • We comply with Google’s Limited Use policy.

  • We do not use your Google data to train or improve any models.

  • We do not transfer Google data to third-party AI services.

7. Cookies & Profiling

We use cookies and similar technologies to improve your experience, analyse usage, and show relevant content.
 We may profile your activity — but only in minimally intrusive ways, and never for generalised AI training.

8. Subprocessors

We work with trusted service providers (subprocessors) to deliver parts of our service.

9. Your Rights

You have the right to:

  • Access your data.

  • Rectify incorrect or incomplete data.

  • Request erasure (“right to be forgotten”).

  • Restrict or object to processing.

  • AI & Machine Learning section added & clarified, explicitly explaining:

    • AI features operate only when requested by you.
