Product updates: Filter by comments, replies and retweets

While I've been off getting married and honeymooning in Bora Bora the team has been very busy and a host of new features have gone live on the Maybe* platform.

In this blog post, I'll give you a personal tour of the latest product updates and let you know what's coming next.

Filter by comments, replies and retweets

On the activity page, we’ve added finer granularity to the filter on social channels, you can now break down the data to Retweets, Tweet Replies, Facebook comments and Instagram comments.

This is super useful for when you are trying to pinpoint certain content whilst dealing with conversations with a large volume of content.

Filter by the conversation on all graphs

Following feedback,  we’ve switched the way you filter on the graph pages so it’s the same as on the activity page.

Following user feedback we've also made these changes:

Hover to see number of followers an account has

You can now hover over the user name on the activity page to see the number of followers an account has.

number of followers

Download and share total audience graph

We’ve added the ability to share and download your total audience graph so you can show it off.

Listen or engage when adding conversation

You can now choose to listen to or engage in a conversation when you add the conversation.

In development

  • Ability to see your paid adverts in the new ‘Your content’ tab.
  • Custom indexes - these will allow you to benchmark yourself within a specific group. For example, if you are a jeweller you could compare yourself to all other jewellers in the UK. Or if you manage a shopping centre, you could compare all your tenants' activity.
  • Ability to download a summary report of all your data.
  • ‘Maybe* Zap’ - to allow you to push data into Activities via Zapier.com

We love hearing from our users. Please let us know any feedback or suggestions for features by hitting the blue message button in the lower right corner.
