Vicar Lane, Chesterfield wins Revo Gold award for digital innovation

We’re thrilled to share that Maybe* client, Vicar Lane, have recently been recognised as one of the best examples in innovative retail property technology.

Vicar Lane was awarded the gold award in the Re:wired category at the prestigious REVO Gold Awards, beating big names in the retail sector including Westfield and Savills.

Using the Maybe*platform, Vicar Lane regularly engages their audience to help shape the future of the shopping centre, this has generated a consistent uplift in footfall as well as creating a better experience for visitors.

The results led to a new approach to the leasing of empty shops and assisted in the development of the centre’s marketing and promotions which resulted in innovations like the giant new screen in the main square.

“The innovative work with Maybe*Tech has allowed us to actively use social media to monitor and communicate with our customers to understand what they want from Vicar Lane. This has led to us developing a series of successful pop-up events such as flower arranging, cinema screenings and a micro pub to compliment Vicar Lane’s current retail offer.”
