Maybe* research in the press – insights featured in Talking Retail, Retail Sector and more…

"Shoppers more likely to support local retailers with virus fears overshadowing High Street trips". That's the message from Talking Retail off the back of insights from Maybe* research.  At Maybe*, we're committed to helping businesses understand the value social can play in keeping them connected to customers no matter the circumstances.

Throughout the year we've undertaken research and shared insights with businesses to help them understand the impact Covid-19 and safety measures are having on consumer attitudes to shopping. Our latest findings were revealed as much of the UK came out of lockdown on December 2.

It's great to see publications including Talking Retail, Retail SectorTalk Retail, Professional Jeweller and Bike Biz sharing Maybe* research and encouraging retailers to do all they can to communicate their safety message to customers, as well as recognising that shoppers want to support local and independent retailers.

While some of the UK is now  under new Tier 4 restrictions, and all have experienced crushing changes to the Christmas plans we were all hoping for, Maybe* is happy to provide the support and guidance it can from customer insight, to help retailers get their communication to customers over this time as impactful as it can be.
