Cheltenham BID has launched Light Up Cheltenham for the second year in a row.

To increase awareness about Light Up Cheltenham, and especially about the wheel located in Imperial Square, Maybe* worked with OurChelt to create a Facebook post, which launched a Facebook Messenger chatbot sharing news about the event, and featuring pictures and details about the wheel.

In less than 24 hours, the OurChelt Facebook Messenger community had grown by 246.5% (or by 488 people).

This activity, combined with previous posts, has created an opted-in community of nearly 700 people, all of whom OurChelt can contact at any point to share other events happening in Cheltenham.

As this activity is less than 24 hours old, we’ll continue to promote and grow the community and will update our blog as we have more results.
